    Product Details
    Stoody 850-O is a self shielded (or open arc) hard surfacing wire which deposits a high carbon martensitic steel for excellent resistance to severe, fine (wet or dry) abrasion and low impact loading. Applications include the hard surfacing of agricultural, mining and materials handling equipment including tynes, points, conveyor screws, dredge buckets, cane harvester cutters / elevators.

    1.2mm in diameter
    Self Shielded (-O), Tubular Hardfacing Wire
    Air Hardening, Crack Prone High Carbon, Martensitic Steel Deposit
    Resistant to Severe Abrasion and Low Impact Loading
    1.2mm size can be used for vertical surfacing by depositing overlapping horizontal stringer passes
